Care
Insert hygiene products and contraceptives carefully! Improper use can lead to vaginal irritation or infections. It is advised to replace products frequently, to avoid infection.

Probiotics
A balanced diet including probiotics, such as Greek Yogurt and Kombucha help maintain your vagina's pH level.



Cotton Underwear
Choose cotton fabrics which will allow air to circulate and keep a balance of mositure. Synthetic materials can disturb the pH balance of your vagina.

Hygiene
The vagina is self-cleaning! Discharge is completely normal, and in fact, keeps your vagina healthy. Avoid use of harsh, chemical cleansers, antiseptic cleaners or lotion. Simply clean with warm water daily.
