Osteoperosis
Women are more likely to develop osteoperosis, especially at time of menopause, which directly affects bone density. Increase calcium intake!

Footwear
Wear comfortable shoes!. Avoid flip-flops and non-supportive shoes, especially when walking on uneven surfaces.



Exercise
Don't limit yourself to cardio! Weight-bearing exercise is key to building bone strength.

Posture
Poor posture can lead to chronic pain. Regularly practice chest exercises and back stretches.
